Choosing the Material

The first step: choose the kind of material you want to use. Different kinds of stone or laminate have different templates and designs. Many of these characteristics are natural and are unique to the material you are using if it’s Granite for example. You can make an appointment to view our products M-F.

Measuring

You can email your photos and basic hand drawings. Visual elements help get the estimate out to you faster vs. only sending measurements numbers. Next, we set up an appointment for the Fabricator to come and take a template measurement of the space you want to install the laminate or stone in. This must be done with special tools. Extra caution must be taken to ensure that the measurements are exact. For example, there may be a sink installed on your countertop that you need to leave room for.

Cutting the Stone

Order time! The fabricator will then go ahead and cut the material. The next step is carefully cutting the stone slabs into the measurements that were taken earlier.

Finishing the Product

Once the stones are cut into the exact measurements needed, the fabricator will move on to the final part of creating the stone. This involves polishing the stone so that its surface and edges are smooth. Finally, the stone will be installed.
